Kiryachkov & Partners – search, selection, attraction and development of personnel for agribusiness companies and IT businesses. Officially, our company began its operation in March 28, 2018 on the basis of executive search service mainly in the agribusiness sector, entering more and more deeply and thoroughly into crop production, livestock, agricultural engineering, distribution of plant protection products/ seeds / fertilizers, trading of grain and oil and fat products, infrastructure block – ports, shipping, elevators, warehouses, logistics; GPS and autonomous irrigation systems, etc.
Since the beginning of 2021, our company has managed to launch an IT recruiting department, through which many IT companies have acquired their employees and colleagues. In parallel with IT recruiting, we were able to provide a technical interview service for IT companies. We plan to further develop this service.
Along with the search and selection, our company, based on the combined experience of their colleagues, launched additional services: recruiting training with a focus on direct search – R-education. Also temporary replacement of a top manager for Agribusiness – Interim management, Career Development Consultancy and Job Incognito – an online job search portal with confidential vacancies and CV of candidates.
