Since the beginning of 2021, our company has launched an IT recruitment service. As a result many IT companies have already found their employees and colleagues. The expertise of our recruiters is based on many years of experience in the selection of IT specialists, also on understanding of languages and frameworks, motivational skills and knowledge of various search resources.

Along with IT recruitment, we managed to launch a service of technical interviewing of applicants for IT vacancies. We plan to further develop this service.

The fee is equal to 16% of the annual salary of the hired candidate and is paid by the Customer after signing an employment or civil law contract with a successful candidate or after he enters the Customer’s company.
