Technical interview

Kiryachkov & Partners with Skillreveal service  offers clients a technical interview service for IT vacancies. During technical interviews, our colleagues test the developers’ knowledge of algorithms, data structures, standard library knowledge, computer science fundamentals, algorithms, data structures, etc. Applicants should solve several practical tasks – find errors in the code, write a micro-application, etc. The structure of such an interview will be developed individually for each request or position.

The cost is determined by agreement of the parties in the range of 10 to 20% of the annual salary of the hired candidate (gross / nett) and is paid by the Customer after signing an employment or civil law contract with a successful candidate or after he goes to work for the Customer, depending on whether what happens first. The exact amount of the fee is established before the signing of the contract. Perhaps it will be a fixed amount.
